I wanted to give you a quick look at how the Sacramento real estate market is doing right now.
Looking at the current available inventory on the market is always one of the best ways to gauge the market. On the graph in the video above, we can see that Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado County have 1.4 months of inventory. Anything less than two months worth of inventory is a seller’s market. Anything between two and four months worth of inventory is a neutral market.
When you have more than four months of inventory on the market, that means it’s a buyer’s market. Other indicators of the market include the number of closed transactions, the average days on the market, and the average days-to-close ratio.
I hope this give you a good glimpse of the current market. If you have any other questions, always feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We’re always happy to help!
